WASHINGTON, March 3 (Reuters) - The United States will give Colombia a list of proposals in coming months, if not sooner, for resolving labor and violence concerns blocking U.S. approval of a bilateral free trade agreement, the top U.S. trade official said on Wednesday.

"We are hopeful we can come to some resolution with members of Congress (on the proposals) over the next several months," if not the next several weeks, U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk told the Senate Finance Committee. (Reporting by Doug Palmer, Editing by Andrea Ricci)
