Fed's Lockhart: Market ready for end of MBS buys

NEW YORK, March 3 (Reuters) - The end of Federal Reserve purchases of mortgage-backed securities has been well-anticipated and should not cause major disruptions in the housing market, Atlanta Federal Reserve Bank President Dennis Lockhart said on Wednesday.
