Rabobank Nederland sells $1 bln 5-year notes - IFR

 NEW YORK, March 4 (Reuters) - Rabobank Nederland RABN.UL
on Thursday sold $1 billion of five-year senior notes in the
Rule 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters
service.
 The 3.20 percent notes priced at 99.931 to yield 3.215
percent, or 95 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries.
 Barclays, Citi and Morgan Stanley are the joint lead
managers on the sale.
