SEOUL, March 5 (Reuters) - South Korea's domestic private consumption and capital investment are estimated to have rebounded in February after posting declines in January, the Finance Ministry said on Friday.

It said in its monthly Green Book report the assessment was based on robust performance in data such as department store sales, credit card payments and machinery imports. (Reporting by Yoo Choonsik; Editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
