Medvedev, Yanukovich vow to improve ties

MOSCOW, March 5 (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich said on Friday that his presidency is a chance to "open a new page" in relations with neighbour Russia.
At a joint news conference during Yanukovich's first visit to Russia since his inauguration, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said both leaders will do all they can to make relations productive after years of tension.
