"Sopranos" creator to direct coming-of-age film
LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - "The Sopranos" creator David Chase has unveiled the nature of the feature film he's written and will direct for Paramount Pictures.
The untitled drama will be a music-driven coming-of-age story set in the 1960s.
Chase signed to write, direct and produce a drama for the studio nearly two years ago, after his award-winning HBO series had run its course.
