March 30 (Reuters) - Canada's Bombardier Inc (BBDb.TO) said it signed a memorandum of understanding with China's CDB Leasing Co (CLC) on financing cooperation.

The breadth of capital available from CLC for domestic and international transactions of Bombardier aircraft is up to $3.85 billion, the world's No. 3 civil aircraft maker said in a statement.

The memorandum clears the way for CLC to offer pre-delivery payment financing, delivery financing and leasing solutions to customers of Bombardier CSeries, Q400 and CRJ aircraft.

"The memorandum will support our long-term objective to grow our business in China and the Asia-Pacific region," said Mairead Lavery, vice president, strategy & business development and structured finance, Bombardier Aerospace.

Bombardier's class B shares were up 8 Canadian cents C$6.08 Tuesday morning on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
