BANGALORE, March 31 (Reuters) - The following corporate finance-related stories were reported by media on Wednesday:

* Indian conglomerate Essar Group will decide by June whether to move forward to buy three European oil refineries from Royal Dutch Shell (RDSa.L) as part of its global expansion plan, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing Essar's chief executive. [ID:nSGE62U016]
