New Virtual HERMIT® Aquifer Testing Kit Streamlines Field Work

simplifying groundwater characterization tests. Exclusively from In-Situ®
Rentals, the Virtual HERMIT Kit can be used to run step-drawdown tests and
constant-rate pump tests.

The Virtual HERMIT Testing Kit saves money by reducing field time and minimizing
data processing. Hydrologists acquire accurate results that improve

and groundwater dewatering projects.

The kit includes Virtual HERMIT software, up to eight Level TROLL® 700
instruments, an eight-port Rugged TROLL® Net Hub, and RuggedReader® handheld PC.

Multiple TROLL Net Hubs can be networked for large-scale aquifer tests.

Virtual HERMIT software simultaneously configures, starts, steps, or stops all
Level TROLL 700 instruments deployed in a well field. Users can step logarithmic
logs to capture pump and recovery data on the same log without reprogramming.

During a test, hydrologists can view real-time data from all Level TROLL 700
instruments at the same time. This facilitates troubleshooting and on-the-fly
adjustments to aquifer test protocols.

The Virtual HERMIT software exports time-synchronized data from all Level TROLL
logs into one data file. Data is easily exported to commonly available aquifer
analysis software.
