LRAD Corporation to Report Record First Half Fiscal Year Revenues and Over $3.5 Million in Fiscal Q2 2010 Revenues

  SAN DIEGO, CA, Apr 06 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
LRAD Corporation (NASDAQ: LRAD), the global leader in acoustic hailing
devices (AHDs), announced today that it expects to report over $3.5
million in fiscal Q2 2010 revenues and record first half fiscal year
revenues of approximately $9.0 million for the period ended March 31,
2010. Due to expanding annual LRAD(R) systems and services sales, the
Company is on pace to report on a fiscal basis its fourth consecutive
year of record LRAD revenues, its third consecutive year of record
Company revenues, and its first profitable year for the period ending
September 30, 2010.

controlling costs, internally funding 
 R & D, improving and enhancing
our LRAD systems, and increasing revenues on a year-over-year basis,"
