Companies poised to provide savings to insurance industry nationwide
BOSTON--(Business Wire)--
Crowe Paradis Services Corporation (CPSC), a leading Medicare compliance firm,
and Electric Insurance Company, a national, leading provider of personal and
commercial lines insurance, today announce a joint marketing agreement to expand
the distribution of CPSC`s full range of compliance services.

Under the agreement, CPSC and Electric Insurance will market a suite of
web-based, turnkey Medicare compliance services - including Medicare set asides,
Conditional payment investigation and negotiation, Medicare secondary payer
mandatory reporting, and Compliance assessments - to law firms that represent
property and casualty insurers and self-insured corporations that have Medicare
reporting obligations.

The offering comes to a marketplace currently bewildered with fully
understanding the Medicare claims reporting requirements, which go in effect on
Jan. 1, 2011. CPSC is prepared today to provide accurate, user-friendly
web-based compliance reporting for the property and casualty industry to ensure
that all Medicare compliance requirements are achieved.

Electric Insurance officials saw significant value in working with CPSC. "At
Electric Insurance, we seek to focus on our core competencies of risk, claims
and financial management and partner with best-of-breed providers to enhance the
service delivery," said Dean Murray, chief compliance officer for Electric
Insurance Company. "In this case, Crowe Paradis was by far the industry leader
in Medicare compliance services."

The relationship between Crowe Paradis Services and Electric Insurance was
initiated more than a year ago after Electric Insurance saw instant value with
CPSC`s MSP Navigator© compliance product - which easily manages all Medicare
requirements for personal line claims and the general liability and workers`
compensation claims Electric Insurance manages on behalf of General Electric.
Now with MSP Navigator, the adjuster has the ability to identify, manage and
track all claims in which Medicare is involved from their desktop. It also
provides control reports to be utilized by managers to confirm compliance.

Electric Insurance has already reaped the benefits of this working relationship
by being one of the first companies to utilize the Medicare Eligibility Query,
which ultimately led Electric Insurance to agree to market Navigator and the
full suite of Crowe Paradis compliance services to a national audience.

Kenneth J. Paradis, Esq., chief executive officer of Crowe Paradis Services
Corporation, looks forward to working with Electric Insurance. "We are proud to
be associated with Electric Insurance Company," said Paradis. "Given the
importance of Medicare compliance, we are eager to team up with Electric
Insurance to ensure that other firms have these tools in an ever-changing
compliance environment."
