Rent-A-Center Selects FM Facility Maintenance for Nationwide Facility Management Program

FM Facility Maintenance to Deliver Services to 3,000 Stores

Rent-A-Center (RAC), the nation`s leading rent-to-own operator, has selected FM
Facility Maintenance (FM) to provide facility management services for its 3,000
company-owned stores nationwide and in Canada and Puerto Rico.

Under the service agreement, FM will provide comprehensive facility management
services including plumbing and electrical services and cleaning programs for
all RAC stores. FM will also manage capital projects for RAC store locations.
