The Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2010 (available on the Company's web
site at http://www.communisis.com/agm2010) includes a resolution for the
Company to adopt new Articles of Association ("New Articles").  The principal
differences between the New Articles and the existing Articles of Association
("Current Articles") are summarised in the Explanation of Resolutions
accompanying the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Two draft copies of the proposed New Articles have been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority.  In addition, a copy of the current Articles, together with
a copy of the New Articles are available for inspection at our registered
office at Wakefield Road, Leeds, LS10 1DU and at the offices of Eversheds LLP,
1 Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS during normal business hours until the
conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
