iDeskera CRM Extends Capabilities of Intuitive Web-based Deskera CRM Application
to the iPhone for Anytime, Anywhere Access

Krawler, Inc. today announced the debut of iDeskera CRM for the Apple iPhone.
With iDeskera CRM, mobile users now have anytime, anywhere access to data
managed by the intuitive Web-based Deskera Customer Relationship Management
(Deskera CRM) application. iDeskera CRM`s intuitive interface, featuring tap and
drag-and-drop functionality, lets sales reps quickly and easily customize,
report, view and update information for their customers, partners and more.
Using iDeskera CRM, field sales reps and other mobile workers can: 

Track updates and manage CRM reports via the iDeskera CRM dashboard. Users can
choose either a list or graphical view of their reports, as well as monitor,
delete and re-order reports. iDeskera CRM currently incorporates 40 standard
reports, providing a quick overview of global sales, marketing, and customer
service processes. 

Add and update information. Users add new leads, contacts, accounts or cases
simply by tapping on the appropriate icons and fields and then either entering
the data or selecting from pre-defined options. Users can also update their
profiles and personal settings from iDeskera CRM. 

View information. Users tap on the campaigns, leads, contacts, accounts or cases
they want to view. Additionally, users can enter terms into a search field to
locate the information they want in seconds. Color-coding highlights priority
cases. 

Manage multiple email accounts. iDeskera CRM makes it easy to navigate between,
view, and compose emails from different email accounts. 

iDeskera CRM is the mobile version of Deskera CRM, the on-demand application
