          expansion of its data center facility in Santa Clara, Calif., on
          April 13, 2010.

          The new, 20,000 square-foot expansion houses a variety of Tier 1

          state-of-the-art, SAS 70 and Type II certified data center
          facility, high-density power, and the industry's best security,
          coupled with a team of highly knowledgeable and certified
          engineers and technicians. Additionally, QTS will kick off the
          design and engineering phases of 50,000 square feet of raised
          floor data center space in a second building that the company owns
          on the same campus.

          The expansion also brings new technology and facilities management
          jobs to the Santa Clara region. As a result of the positive impact
          on the local region, Santa Clara Mayor Patricia Strahan has been
          invited to attend and deliver remarks about the company and its
          local impact. Also featured will be a keynote address about the
          data center and cloud computing industries by respected industry
          expert Tim Crawford, as well as data center tours, QTS portal
          demonstrations, and vendor technology exhibits.
