Greenberg Glusker Partner Aaron Moss Named Chair of Litigation Group

IP Litigator Emphasizes Firm`s Custom, Value-Driven Solutions for Entertainment,

Greenberg Glusker today announced that partner Aaron J. Moss has been named
Chair of the Firm`s Litigation Group effective immediately. He leads a
litigation team that handles client disputes in a wide variety of subject areas,
including real estate, entertainment, employment, environmental, commercial,
probate, investment fraud and intellectual property. Known in the entertainment
industry for his creative approaches to cutting-edge intellectual property cases
for clients including Godzilla, Lassie, Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise, Moss was
recently named by the Los AngelesDaily Journal as one of the "Top 75
Intellectual Property Litigators in California."

Moss has been an integral part of a vigorous IP enforcement campaign for Toho
Co., Ltd., the owner of the rights to the Godzilla character. His current
matters include cases for Marvel Entertainment, owner of the iconic Spider-Man
character, and Costco Wholesale Corporation. Last year, Moss was one of two
Greenberg Glusker attorneys who obtained a multimillion-dollar arbitration award
on behalf of a film finance company against a major motion picture studio.

Moss is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, and earned his
bachelor`s degree, summa cum laude, from University of California, Los Angeles.
He is a sought-after media commentator, who has been quoted on high-profile
content controversies. Moss has been named a "Southern California Super Lawyers
