HRPT Properties Trust Announces Quarterly Common and Preferred Dividends

NEWTON, Mass.--(Business Wire)--
HRPT Properties Trust (NYSE: HRP) today announced its regular quarterly common
and preferred dividends as follows: 

Common Dividends

A regular quarterly common dividend of $0.12 per Common Share will be paid with
respect to the results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2010, to
holders of record of Common Shares as of the close of business on April 23,
2010, and will be distributed on or about May 24, 2010. 

Series B Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.5469 per Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share
will be paid on or about May 17, 2010, to holders of record of Series B
Preferred Shares at the close of business on May 1, 2010. 

Series C Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.4453 per Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share
will be paid on or about May 17, 2010, to holders of record of Series C
Preferred Shares at the close of business on May 1, 2010. 

Series D Preferred Dividends

A distribution of $0.4063 per Series D Cumulative Convertible Preferred Share
will be paid on or about May 17, 2010, to holders of record of Series D
Preferred Shares at the close of business on May 1, 2010.
