Alcon, Inc. (NYSE: ACL) will report on its first quarter financial results for
the period ended March 31, 2010 after the market close on Monday, April 26,
2010.

Management of the company will host a conference call to discuss these results
on Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Presenting from Alcon
