  ST. THOMAS, ONTARIO, Apr 06 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
Trueclaim Exploration Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TRM) (the "Company") announces
that it has granted an aggregate of 300,000 stock options to a consultant
performing investor relation activities. The options are exercisable into
common shares at a price of $0.14 per share for a term of five years from
the date of grant and are subject to regulatory approval.
