Vince Drobniak Joins CoActiv Capital Partners as Executive Vice President and Deputy Chief Risk Management Officer

Mr. Vince Drobniak as the company's Executive Vice President and Deputy
Chief Risk Management Officer.

    In this position, Mr. Drobniak Vince will oversee CoActiv's Credit and
Portfolio Management organizations.

    Most recently, Mr. Drobniak served as Senior Vice President/Chief Credit
Officer at Marlin Business Services Corporation. He also held the post of
Senior Credit Officer/Vice President Risk Management at De Lage Landen
Financial Services. Prior to that, he was the Vice President Risk
Management at CitiBank Global Equipment Finance.
