On Wednesday, April 28, 2010, Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN) will
release its second fiscal quarter 2010 operating results at approximately
9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Pre-recorded audio commentary on the results from
President and Chief Executive Officer Greg Johnson and Executive Vice
