Regulatory News: 

Klémurs (Paris: KMU) announces that it has signed a seller`s promise concerning
a set of street-level storefront locations located in Rouen, totaling rentable
floor area of 2,848 sq.m. 

The disposal price amounts to 12 million euros including transfer duties, for
gross rents of 847 thousand euros. The final sale should take place early June
at the latest.
