Ascom Wireless Solutions Adds Voice to Their teleCARE IP Solution

Enables speech communication between staff and patients

Ascom Wireless Solutions, the leading supplier of on-site communications,
introduces VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to their teleCARE IP solution, a
system already established at hospitals and care homes across the world.

Originally, Ascom teleCARE IP was created as a communication platform upon which
new innovations could be built combining the full suite of traditional nurse
call functionality and the power of IP technology. With the addition of VoIP, it
is anticipated that the new voice communication features will have a positive
impact on the everyday tasks staff in the healthcare sector face.
