Continental Prison Systems, Inc. Performs Installation of EZ Card & Kiosk
Services at Broward County, Florida Jail

FRESNO, Calif., April 6, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Continental Prison Systems,
Inc. (Pink Sheets:CPSZ), dba EZ Card & Kiosk, the industry leader for taking
city and county jails "cashless", has completed the phase-one installation and
training of the EZ Technology line-up of products and services for Broward
County (Ft. Lauderdale), Florida.

Broward County Jail, with over 6,600 beds, has five lobby kiosks deployed
throughout their facilities and plans to add additional kiosks for the booking
and bail process in later phases.

The EZ Technology line-up, which will eventually take the Broward County Jail
"cashless", includes five kiosks for EZ Money Load in the lobby areas of the
various jail locations throughout the county, allowing friends and family to
place money into the inmate's trust account, using cash, credit card or debit
card. EZ Money Load can also be accessed on-line or through a toll-free 24/7
bilingual number, which accepts credit and debit cards. The EZ Exit debit card
service will allow the jail to issue PIN-based debit cards to all released
inmates, eliminating the usual paper check from the facility.
