                              Exercise of options                              

The Company announces that, following the exercise of a number of employee
share options, it has issued 142,112 new ordinary shares of 1p each.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on 12 April 2010.

Following the issue of these shares the Company will have 50,223,964 ordinary
voting shares in issue.
