COSTA MESA, CA, Apr 06 (MARKET WIRE) --
ENVIROTEK (PINKSHEETS: ENTK) today announced the company's Extreme
Biodiesel division entered into a strategic Alliance Agreement with one
of the leading Alternative Fuel supply equipment and feedstock companies,
GFE Global. (GFE). www.gfeglobal.com

ENVIROTEK is a Southern California based "All Green" Holding Company
whose subsidiary companies produce, manufacture and provide Alternative
Fuel such as Bio-Diesel and Bio-Diesel Extractor portable refineries,
along with the manufacturer and distribution of ESD commercial energy
saving devices. ENVIROTEK is Publicly Traded on the OTC: Pinksheets.

    EXTREME BIODIESEL
Extreme Biodiesel is an ENVIROTEK majority owned
company and produces Bio-Diesel fuel and manufactures award winning
portable Bio-Fuel extractors at the company's Corona, California
refinery. www.extremebiodiesel.com

The company today announced the formation of a strategic alliance with
GFE Global, the manufacturer and distributor of one of the leading Oil
Extruders in the "Green" Industry. The company provides many alternative
fuel refiners with the their Extruder equipment for the extraction of Oil
from such feedstocks as ALGAE and Jatropha. GFE provided local ALGAE
company BioCentric Energy with their extruder system for the extraction
of ALGAE oil for multiple uses in alternative energy, Neutraceutical,
Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic products. www.biocentricenergy.com

Additionally, GFE owns a 1000 hectare Jatropha plantation in Costa Rica
planted three years ago, which now produces multiple harvests of the
Jatropha seed annually. The company is currently providing ENVIROTEK's
Extreme Biodiesel division with samples of the Costa Rica grown and
extruded Jatropha Oil for the production of high grade Bio-diesel fuel at
Extreme's Corona, CA refinery. This will allow Extreme Biodiesel to
produce Bio-Fuel products at a significantly reduced cost using a
somewhat unlimited supply of Jatropha oil compared to the cost and
limited availability of "Yellow Grease" currently being used to produce
Bio-Fuels. The same Federal and State Tax Credits would apply to Extreme
for the production of Bio-Fuels from the use of Jatropha Oil as a
feedstock source as opposed to "Yellow Grease" feedstock. The processing
time for Jatropha Oil is significantly less than that of "Yellow Grease"
which will allow increased production of Bio-Fuels on a daily basis,
resulting in higher revenues and profitability.

The strategic alliance would assist with GFE's plan to establish Jatropha
plantations around the world, and with Extreme Biodiesel's involvement
and supply of their portable Bio-Fuel Extractors, along with GFE's
Extruders, would provide for a total solution package, that would allow
3rd World Countries to power complete villages and communities, in
addition to providing clean burning Alternative Fuels, with little or no
Emissions and waste products.

the ESD units for Installation in one of their Henderson, Nevada

On the East Coast Company representatives are in the process of
installing ESD test units for energy savings review in several large

distribution contract to further provide energy saving internal lighting
solutions for Las Vegas casinos, Hotels, Administrative buildings and
