Director Dealing

The Company announces that, following a purchase of 9,910 shares by Mr John
Pearmund, a Director of the Company, Mr Pearmund is now interested in 69,041
Ordinary 10p shares in the Company (representing 0.094% of the Ordinary shares
in circulation).

The shares were purchased on 1 April 2010 at a price of £1.024. All the shares
are held in an ISA.
