HELSINKI, April 6 (Reuters) - The following stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday:

SAS (SAS.ST)

The Scandinavian airline said on Tuesday it has set the subscription price for its 5 billion Swedish crown ($695.4 million) rights issue at 0.67 Swedish crowns per share. Each share held will entitle shareholders to three subscription rights, the firm said in a statement.

NORDEA (NDA.ST)

The Nordic region's biggest bank may be a part of an offer to buy part of failed Latvian bank Parex, a person familiar with the offer said on Thursday.

NOKIA (NOK1V.HE) South Korean rival Samsung Electronics Co Ltd (005930.KS) is set to surpass record three-month profits in the coming two quarters as the world's largest semiconductor and flat-screen TV maker rides a strong recovery in the tech sector.[ID:nLDE63501M]

STATOIL (STL.OL)

Danish state-owned DONG Energy hopes to take a larger stake in Norway's Ormen Lange gas field, in which Norwegian oil and gas group Statoil has a 28.9 percent stake, when the partnership is altered in 2012, Danish financial daily Borsen said.

DONG now has a 10.3 percent in the Shell-operated (RDSa.L) field for which Norwegian energy officials cut their estimate of the gas resource by about a quarter in February. "It would be good to get a larger share of the project in 2012," Soren Hansen, head of DONG Energy E&P, told the paper. He declined to say how big of a stake DONG wants.

LUNDIN (LUPE.ST)

The Swedish oil firm said in a statement on Tuesday it has completed the spin-off of its UK business into EnQuest as it concentrates on drilling off the coast of Norway and at other sites.

EnQuest has also completed the acquisition of the UK oil and gas assets of British oil services firm Petrofac (PFC.L).
