JP Morgan fund gets 10 pct in Russia's Vozrozhdeniye

MOSCOW, April 6 (Reuters) - A JPMorgan Chase (JPM.N) division has taken over a 9.88 percent stake in Russian bank Vozrozhdeniye (VZRZ.MM) from direct investment fund Brysam Global Partners, the Russian bank said on Tuesday.

Vozrozhdeniye said the deal is part of the asset structuring involving Brysam Global Partners and JPM International Consumer Holding, the unit of JPMorgan Chase. (Reporting by Dmitry Sergeyev; editing by John Bowker)
