Kuwait's Agility says not guilty to new US charge

ATLANTA, April 12 (Reuters) - Kuwait logistics company Agility (AGLT.KW) pleaded not guilty on Monday to a superceding indictment from U.S. authorities in a case concerning alleged overcharging of the U.S. military in Iraq and Kuwait.

Judge Baverman said in the Atlanta federal court that he would rule later on Monday on whether the indictment should be unsealed. (Writing by Matthew Bigg, editing by Tom Brown and Lisa Von Ahn)
