Obama raised yuan issue with China -US official

WASHINGTON, April 12 (Reuters) - President Barack Obama urged China on Monday to move to a more market-oriented exchange rate during a bilateral meeting with Chinese President Hu Jintao in Washington, a U.S. official said.

The official said Obama also raised the issue of market access with Hu during a meeting between the two leaders on the sidelines of a nuclear security summit here.
