Fujitsu says to resolve Nozoe dispute in court

TOKYO, April 14 (Reuters) - Fujitsu Ltd (6702.T) did not violate any laws regarding the resignation of former president Kuniaki Nozoe and hopes to resolve the issue in court, the chairman of Japan's largest IT services firm said on Wednesday.

Fujitsu Chairman Michiyoshi Mazuka made the comments at a news conference in Tokyo, its first since Nozoe went public in early March with allegations that Fujitsu improperly ousted him in September. (Reporting by Yumiko Nishitani)
