NY Cuomo to make pension probe announcement

NEW YORK, April 20 (Reuters) - New York's attorney general Andrew Cuomo plans to announce developments in his ongoing investigation of pension kickbacks, he said in a statement on Tuesday.
The news conference was scheduled for noon.
A spokesman for Cuomo, a Democrat and expected gubernatorial candidate, was not immediately available to provide further details.
