Taiwan's Asustek sees 2011 monthly revenues rising

TAIPEI, April 22 (Reuters) - Netbook PC pioneer Asustek Computer (2357.TW) said on Thursday it sees revenue in 2011 rising about T$10-12 billion ($319-383 million) each month over each of the same months in 2010.

Chief Financial Officer David Chang told reporters that the company aims to become the world's No.3 PC maker next year.

Earlier on Thursday President Jerry Shen told the company's annual shareholder meeting that there will be explosive growth for PCs this year. (Reporting by Roger Tung; Editing by Jonathan Standing)
