Notifiable Interest

Next Fifteen Communications Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has
received the following notification from Liontrust Investment Services Limited
("Liontrust") in relation to a disclosure of its interest in the Company`s
ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares"). 

As of 21 April 2010, Liontrust has a total interest in the Company of 7,697,109
Ordinary Shares, representing 14.02% of the Company's issued share capital,
being 54,888,394 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury).
