San West Inc. Searches for Orange County, CA Retail Locations to Further Accelerate Motorized Scooter Sales

recreational vehicles including Motorized Scooters, ATVS, UTVs, and
Buggies, announced today that management is now aggressively searching
for a new Orange County, CA retail location.

The new brick & mortar location would be focused primarily on further
accelerating sales of San West's burgeoning motorized scooter offerings,
as well as its traditional selection of high performance buggies. San
West Inc. management is now in the final stages of negotiations with a
number of prime locations and intends to announce an agreement within the
next 30 to 90 days.

All potential targets possess a variety of essential characteristics
including favorable historical financial performance, high volume and
highly targeted traffic areas, meaningful potential for near-term
expansion, and proximity to major highways, as well as popular local
power-sports areas. Management feels strongly that Orange County
represents one of Southern California's largest and most lucrative
power-sports markets and believes that building a local presence will
play a crucial role in positioning San West to greatly enhance sales of
scooter products in addition to the rest of its offerings.
