R.F. Lafferty Appoints Two New Senior Vice Presidents to Their Retail Brokerage Division

  NEW YORK, NY, Apr 22 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
R.F. Lafferty & Co., Inc. ("R.F. Lafferty"), a leading securities firm,
today announced the appointment of two new Senior Vice Presidents to the
firm's retail brokerage division. The new hires, Philip Rosensweig and
Arthur Kittelstad, will be responsible for expanding R.F. Lafferty's
retail brokerage business. These appointments reflect R.F. Lafferty's
continued initiative to grow the firm's talent base as part of its
overall growth strategy.

    Two veteran securities brokers, Mr. Rosensweig and Mr. Kittelstad join
the R.F. Lafferty team from GunnAllen Financial. With over 20 years of
experience, Mr. Rosensweig has held various executive positions at the
retail brokerage businesses of Prudential Bache Securities, Smith Barney
and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. In 1999 he founded The Financial Advisors
Network and still serves as managing director. Mr. Kittelstad is a
seasoned securities broker with over 25 years of experience in the retail
securities marketplace.
