Jon Pritchard Elevated to President of Comstor Worldwide, Westcon Group's Wholly Cisco-Focused Business Unit

TARRYTOWN, NY, Apr 22 (MARKET WIRE) --
Westcon Group, Inc., the leading specialty distributor in networking,
convergence, security and mobility, announced that it is continuing to
refine its organizational model, as well as making ongoing, strategic
investments in its Cisco-aligned Comstor business. This follows the
establishment of the Comstor Worldwide business unit last year.

Effective immediately, Jon Pritchard, formerly Executive Vice President
of Comstor Worldwide, has been promoted to President, Comstor Worldwide.
In his new capacity, he will continue to report directly to Westcon Group
President and CEO Dean Douglas.

Comstor has been a multi-national distributor of Cisco for over a decade
and is one of only three distributors authorized to carry Cisco's entire
product line on a global basis, including all components of its Unified
Computing System (UCS) portfolio. Pritchard, a seasoned channel executive
who began his Comstor UK career as sales director in 2003, has a
well-established track record of driving solid growth on both a
Pan-European and global basis.
