Meeder Financial is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronald Sala as
Vice President, Sales. Mr. Sala brings over 16 years of experience in the
financial services industry to the Dublin, Ohio based investment
management firm established in 1974. During Mr. Sala's career he has
served in various sales, management, and financial planning capacities.
He has extensive investment product and sales process expertise, has held
a FINRA Series 7 license for 16 years, and also holds a FINRA Series 24
license.

Mr. Sala has been responsible for building successful sales territories
that exceeded sales goals. He has also served as a divisional sales
manager covering half of the United States and was responsible for
budgeting, establishing and meeting sales goals, training, territory
management, and coaching sales professionals. "Ron has the background and

eastern United States. He has also been recognized for his contributions
and received awards for #1 sales achievement and for demonstrating
superior corporate citizenship. Ronald currently resides in Cherry Hill,
NJ with his wife and daughter.
