Meeder Financial is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen C.
Holmes as Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Mr. Holmes brings
over 36 years of experience in the financial services industry to the
Dublin, Ohio based investment management firm established in 1974. During
Mr. Holmes' career he has served in various executive, management,
marketing, and sales capacities with money management firms, brokerage
concerns, and a regional NYSE brokerage firm. He has extensive domestic
and international product development and marketing experience and has
been a registered principal with FINRA for the last 35 years.

    Mr. Holmes has lived overseas and has traveled throughout the world
establishing financial products in Europe, the Far East, Latin America as
well as the United States. He has developed wholesale sales organizations
to serve various financial channels both domestically and
