Fitch Affirms Straight-A's ABCP Rating at 'F1+'

NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Fitch Ratings affirms the 'F1+' rating assigned to asset-backed commercial paper
(ABCP) issued by Straight-A Funding, LLC (Straight-A). Straight-A is a
multi-seller ABCP program administered by The Bank of New York Mellon (BoNY,
currently rated 'AA-/F1+' by Fitch) and managed by BMO Capital Markets Corp
(BMO). Criteria described in 'Global Rating Criteria for Asset-Backed Commercial
Paper' (Oct. 22, 2009) and 'Global Structured Finance Rating Criteria' (Sept.
30, 2009) were used for the rating review.

Each transaction entered into by Straight-A is fully supported through a
liquidity facility provided by the Federal Financing Bank and sized at $60
billion, which covers for the full and timely payment of maturing CP. The review
was conducted based on the report as of Dec. 31, 2009.

The CP issued by Straight-A also benefit from the financial and operational
strength of the sponsor and the administrative agent, BoNY, and manager, BMO.
