MANSFIELD, Ohio--(Business Wire)--
The Board of Directors of The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE Amex: GRC) declared a
quarterly cash dividend of 10.5 cents per share on the common stock of the
Company, payable June 10, 2010, to shareholders of record May 14, 2010. This
marks the 241st consecutive dividend paid by The Gorman-Rupp Company.
