Metabolic Research, Inc. Announces Product Expansion

LAS VEGAS--(Business Wire)--
Metabolic Research, Inc. (OTC:MTBR) announced the addition to its popular
Stemulite products of a nitric oxide product to be called Tsunami Strike. 

Tsunami Strike is a "pre-workout product designed to maximize the benefits of a
workout regimen by, among other benefits, promoting maximum vasodilatation to
deliver optimum oxygen and nutrients to the cells of the body. The decision to
develop Tsunami Strike was based on two months of successful test marketing of
another manufacturer`s nitric oxide product, combining it with the Stemulite
Fitness Formula. Tsunami Strike will be available within 60 days. 

The Company has three other products under development for introduction later in
the year. 

Metabolic Research, Inc. President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Bakker
also announced the resignation, effective today, of T. W. (Tia) Owen as an
Officer, Director, and employee, saying, "Tia`s resignation facilitates the
availability of funding for the production and marketing of the Company`s
expanded product lines. We acknowledge with thanks her many contributions and
sacrifices for the development of Metabolic and we appreciate her willingness to
make this move." 

The Directors are reviewing available options for a replacement for Owen.
