United Surgical Partners International, Inc. today announced that it will
provide an online Web simulcast of its first quarter 2010 earnings conference
call on Thursday, May 6, 2010. The Company`s results for the first quarter ended
March 31, 2010, will be released after the closing of the market on Wednesday,
May 5, 2010. 

The live broadcast of United Surgical Partners International`s conference call
will begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 6th. A 30-day online replay will be
available approximately an hour following the conclusion of the live broadcast.
