WaterGeeks(TM), the Canadian manufacturer of proprietary filtered
stainless steel bottles, officially announced today the much anticipated
formal relationship with the award-winning Adiri(TM) brand of baby
bottles. "We have been working for many months to achieve this goal
and we could not be more excited to be able to offer our consumers and
retail partners the most innovative infant feeding products on the market
through the Adiri(TM) branded product offering" said
WaterGeeks(TM)founder and CEO Brent Meikle.

While some details of the transaction will remain confidential for
competitive reasons until formally announced next month, Meikle was
prepared to release many pertinent details today. "One hundred
percent of all the Adiri(TM) Intellectual Property and assets have been
acquired and from today forward all of the manufacturing, sales,
marketing and distribution of the WaterGeeks(TM) and Adiri(TM)brands will
be under common management and offered to consumers and retailers from a
single source" Meikle explained. "We will be meeting with
retailers, vendors and other potential partners over the next month and
anticipate announcing additional new relationships and releasing further
details of the Adiri(TM) and WaterGeeks(TM) deal in about thirty
days" Meikle explained.

The WaterGeeks(TM) and Adiri(TM) brands were each among the first to
offer BPA-FREE products when they were launched at about the same time in
2007. Now, through their partnership with PlastiPure that was also
announced today, they will be the first brands to market in 2010 to offer
consumers and retailers baby and sport bottles certified free of all
Estrogenic Activity (EA). Together they will now offer a complete range
of innovative and award-winning hydration products for the entire family;
from baby bottles and sippy cups to filtered sport bottles built for
children and adults alike. The first EA-FREE Adiri(TM) and WaterGeeks(TM)
products will ship to retailers beginning in July, 2010.

The Adiri Natural Nurser(TM) bottle has achieved more international
design recognition than any other bottle of any kind in history, winning
15 internationally recognized product design competitions including tying
for first place with the "Apple iPod touch" among 23,000
international product submissions. The iconic and patented "natural
breast shape" and "petal vent" are among the features that
reduced colic and improved the infant feeding experiences that resulted
in earning Adiri(TM) the prestigious MDEA (Medical Design Excellence
Award). The bottle has become a favourite of Celebrity Mom's such as
Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie and is featured in two scenes of the
new Jennifer Lopez film "The Back-Up Plan" that opens in
theatres across North America tomorrow.

WaterGeeks(TM) also has a strong Sport and Celebrity following, including
being featured today on Celebrity "A" list stylist Rachel Zoe's
website, and has been featured on numerous television programs and is
used exclusively by the cast and crew of "The Bonnie Hunt
show". WaterGeeks(TM) products are available at retailers in Canada
and the USA such as Neiman Marcus, Wegmans and Home Outfitters while the
Adiri(TM) brand has been available to consumers at "Babies R
Us", "Target", "Whole Foods" and over 500
independent baby boutiques. WaterGeeks(TM)will now distribute both brands
to retailers.
