CANBERRA May 6 (Reuters) - The Australian government's talks with Telstra over its involvement in a new national broadband network are ongoing and complex, Communications Minsiter Stephen Conroy said on Thursday.

Conroy said he did not see the talks running beyond the end of June or until the end of the year, and said a decision would eventually need to be made about Telstra' involvement in the A$38 billion ($34.5 billion) to A$43 billion network.
