MOSCOW May 11 (Reuters) - The death toll from the Siberian coal mine disaster at the weekend rose to 43 on Tuesday, Russian news agencies quoted emergency officials as saying.

The agencies said Prime Minister Vladimir Putin had arrived in the Kemerovo region where the Raspadskaya mine was situated. Forty-seven people were still missing after Russia's deadliest mine disaster in three years.
