ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE (Reuters) - President Barack Obama spoke to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Thursday, the White House said.

White House spokesman Bill Burton had no details on the substance of the phone call but suggested it might have been related the Obama administration's effort to win Senate ratification of a new nuclear arms reduction treaty between Moscow and Washington.
