India Tata Motors April global sales rise 53 pct

MUMBAI May 14 (Reuters) - Tata Motors (TAMO.BO), India's largest vehicles maker, said on Friday its global vehicles sales rose 53 percent in April to 77,732 units.

Global sales include that of Jaguar and Land Rover brands, which rose 61 percent in the month to 17,909 vehicles, the company said in a statement. (Reporting by Janaki Krishnan' editing by Surojit Gupta)
