UPDATE 1-Rogers Corp raises Q2 outlook

* Sees Q2 EPS $0.40-$0.45

* Sees Q2 revenue $90 mln-$94 mln

June 1 (Reuters) - Rogers Corp (ROG.N), a manufacturer of specialty materials for electronics and consumer markets, raised its second-quarter outlook, citing strong sales at two of its segments.

Printed circuit materials products for 3G infrastructure applications in China and high performance foams products for mobile internet device market showed continued strength in the quarter, Chief Executive Robert Wachob said in a statement.

For the second quarter, the company expects earnings of 40 cents to 45 cents a share, on revenue of $90 million to $94 million.

The company had previously forecast earnings of 30 cents to 35 cents a share, on revenue of $83 million to $87 million.

Analysts on average were expecting earnings of 32 cents a share, on revenue of $84 million, according to Thomson Reuters I/B/E/S.
